Titular Colheita is a young, elegant red wine from the Dão wine region. Displaying aromas of young red fruit, it is crystal clear with aromas of cherry, blackberries and plum mixed with delicate floral notes and soft hints of resin and cistus. It is a red wine that presents soft, balanced tannins and acidity very well integrated into its fruity core.
Winemaking:
Titular Colheita is a red wine produced from the red grapes of Touriga Nacional, Alfrocheiro, and Tinta Roriz from the Dão wine region. After partial destemming, and pressing, the wine was macerated with the skins prior to being transferred to stainless steel vats where the fermentation process took place. After the fermentation process, the winestayed into the stainless steel vats, where it was subjected to regular stirring for 12 months prior to being bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Titular Colheita is an elegant, clean red wine, with pure aromas of young red fruit. Red fruit aromas still effervescing from the bottle stand out, such as aromas of ripe cherries, cranberries and plums. It is a medium-bodied wine, very elegant tannins and very balanced acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 15ºC-18ºC.
